Finn's ideal home

Meet Finn! This gorgeous boy is a 4-year-old Shih Tzu who is ready to find his forever home.

He is the kind of boy who likes to be close to his people, often following you from room to room, curling up beside you on the sofa, and soaking up every bit of attention you’re willing to give. He would like someone that can be around for most of the day to help him settle in and then can be left alone for small periods when ready.

Finn loves to show off his super playful side and enjoys playing with his ball or asking to play tug-of-war with his foster carer.

Finn does have ongoing health conditions that will require a committed, understanding adopter. This is something that can be talked over with the team at Ballymena RC.
Despite his health challenges, Finn remains a happy and energetic boy, but adopters will need to be mindful that he needs a calmer and more laid-back lifestyle.

He could potentially share his home with another calm, relaxed dog who enjoys a slower pace of life. Finn could also live with dog-savvy children who can understand that he needs a chilled-out lifestyle.

Finn has been enjoying his home comforts with his foster carer and can often be found snuggled up on the sofa or asking for some playtime so would like someone who doesn’t mind a cuddle!

He enjoys getting out and about for adventures; whether that’s around his foster carers area or getting away in the car for trips further away.

Finn is fully housetrained in foster but would like someone to be able to let him out often during the day to go the bathroom.

Due to Finn’s ongoing health conditions, he will require daily medication and general monitoring; this can be fully discussed with the team at Ballymena.
