This handsome little guy is 5 year old Jim!! Jim is a Shih Tzu cross and is looking for his forever home. Jim loves to explore his surroundings and have a good sniff, especially new things! He absolutely loves his toys, especially small squeaky toys. Jim likes other dogs and would be happy to share his home with a canine companion pending successful meets at the centre. Jim would excel in a home with a enclosed garden to potter around.

Jim could live with older teenagers or in an adult only home. He will need a family to support him with his ongoing training and a family that can give him patience and understanding. He enjoys meeting new people but will need slow introductions, but once Jim gets to know you, he will be a great family member! Jim can find formal handling worrying, so he will need a family that can continue building this up so he can have a more positive experience. Jim will need someone who is home most of the time at the start and can slowly build up leaving hours.
